Executive Assistant To CXO - WESTSIDE - Leads the strategic initiatives / projects that are commenced from CXO. - Seeks business related data for the strategic initiatives from a wide range of cross-functional teams, complies the same and derives multiple analysis. - Monitors &amp; evaluates the effectiveness and impact of the strategic initiatives and the impact of investments. - Supports CXO in preparation and presentation of reports, proposals, budgets and related activities in servicing and developing contracts and relationships with stakeholders and partners. - Conducts industry wide research &amp; analysis to arrive at the required data points. - Is involved in planning long-term business strategies and represents the CXO at key business meetings. - Prepares presentations /Board presentations / documents required for key decision making. - Manages multiple projects as assigned by the CXO related to diverse lines of business, community and functions with inter-related activities and relationships. - Works closely with other team members of the office to assure CXO's preparation for meetings, presentations or other engagements. - Sends business and private correspondence to the concerned people with confidentiality.
