Roles & Responsibilities:

1. Take accountability for growing client business, client satisfaction, and team retention

2. Being accountable for the Profit center including new & existing business in market

3. Act as lead on cross-agency collaboration and contribute to the overall planning process

4. Serve as a new business resource and actively pursue new revenue sources

5. Build strong ties with leads across disciplines to produce successful campaigns, maintaining high levels of communication throughout campaign lifecycle.

6. Interrogate work before client delivery to ensure it meets the brief and expectations

7. Assist in deployment of Client Service practice trainings while ensuring best practices

8. Handle client queries and negotiate when required and demonstrate the ability to strategically reason with the client.

9. Overseeing the reports generation and ensuring the same are sent out timely

Requirements

1. At least 3-5 years of working experience with Media agency background (Preferred)

2. Enjoys negotiating strategically and has proven contract negotiation skills

3. Has a long history of forging strong relationships with clients

4. Strong written and verbal communication skills across all platforms

5. Proven problem solving skills and ability to think outside of the box

6. Ability to work independently and collaborate in a team environment

7. Strong organizational skills, detail-oriented and capable of multi-tasking
