- Conceptualise digital sales strategies and solutions to achieve digital sales revenue objectives.

- Forecast revenue objectives through proper account management to achieve organisational goals.

- Pitch, close and manage deals with all brand advertisers

- Working on current online advertising trends and various advertising metrics

- Work on solution selling, pricing, inventory control, brand building, etc.

- Maintain sales reports, sales pipeline, tracking, and report metrics.

- Approach new and prospective clients/ agencies and deliver sales pitch in order to influence the clients and secure the sale.

- Provide appropriate support to the Group Head in framing business pitch for large deals with clients.

- Coordinate seamlessly with all internal stakeholders to drive higher revenues for the channel and escalate in case of any issues.

- Create a systematic, process-driven approach to partner outreach and relationship management

Requirements

- 8-10 + years of experience in brand/marketing/consultative sales in advertising Industry and strong knowledge of digital ecosystem is a must

Preferred Qualification: MBA

- Understanding of Key account management principles / consultative selling will be an added advantage

- Should be both a category & a brand builder with a strong ability to drive and achieve sales targets

- Data and analytics driven with client interactions.

- Concise yet inspiring communicator

- Ability to leverage relationships, build a strong network and have effective negotiations
