With 175+ people and growing, Trell offers a fast paced environment with opportunities for high impact &amp; high growth to top talent in the country Responsibilities : - Responsible for the full product lifecycle, from writing specifications, working across multi-disciplinary teams: design, art, and engineering to launch core features for existing and new users of Trell - Exhibit sound product discernment, ability to formulate product strategy and present clear measurable objectives that will lead to achieving our business goals. - Expected to provide valuable input into business cases based on in-depth data analysis and demonstrate how that analysis impacts key product metrics. - Run prioritization and trade-offs among customer experience, technical constraints and business drivers. - Adopt a structured approach to identify what problems need to be solved and break them down into smaller chunks. Prioritize what problems need to be solved now vs. later. - Expected to develop a deep understanding of our users: their needs, desires. Requirement : - Strong passion for crafting fun, compelling and addictive user experiences - Exceptional problem-solving skills and ability to synthesize data into recommendations - Experience with short release cycles, the full software lifecycle, and experience working on a product that's been released for public consumption - Demonstrated experience in working across multiple products in a BU, its stakeholders and demonstrates a high degree of influence across several teams/functions. - Excellent problem solving, critical thinking, and communication skills. Highly customer obsessed thinking with deep understanding of customer needs and aspirations. - Ability to work under pressure in time critical situations.
