Roles & Responsibilities:

- Identify Monetization avenues.

- Lead revenue team and maintain growth

- Develop strategies to execute marketplace and non-marketplace campaigns on trell adtech platform to meet the desired KPIs.

- Manage and optimize ad impressions for clients on trell platform on daily basis.

- Help Ad operation team to set the campaigns objectives which is in unison to client expectations.

- Media Buying.

- Strategize and develop Ads Monetization strategies and Ads formats to increase ad deliveries; work closely with the product & engineering teams to build ad-tech systems.

- Drive user acquisition and conversion campaigns

- Manage affiliate partnerships

- Work with media agencies, desktop and mobile media buying tools like , DSPs, SSPs and exchanges.

- Enforce brand safety guidelines, ad view-ability, and filtering for suspicious and/or fraudulent media activity.

- Engage consistently with the partners & stakeholders to better understand their needs and drive solutions based on those needs.

- Manage & mentor growth and performance team to scale revenues

- Training & development planning for new hires.

- Manage, optimize, Monitor and launch trell ads campaigns.
