About the Role:
We work with National Courier Partners for B2C E-commerce logistics. We are looking for someone who can manage courier account/s and ensure we derive desired outcome from service levels and cost points of view
Key Accountabilities:
- Manage Forward and Returns delivery experience with assigned courier portfolio,
- Set up SOPs with couriers around delivery speed, escalation management and other related aspects
- Analyze courier data, identify areas of improvement, and implement actionable at a fast pace
- Maintain good working relationships with assigned courier accounts
- Be well networked to know macro-level changes in the courier industry and act in timely manner which is in best interest of the organization
- Run Customer Experience projects such as 1 day delivery, 2 days delivery, fast reverse pick up
- Work with couriers to reduce cost
- Fully responsible for reducing RTOs

Ideal Candidate Qualifications & Experience:
- Minimum 5 years of overall experience, Prior experience of managing courier account in an E-Commerce environment is must have
- Demonstrated track record of achieving results in fast paced environment
- Deep understanding of B2C courier eco-system
- Minimum 2 years of experience working with E-Commerce startup or with E-Commerce focused courier partners in client account management role
Salary offered: 12-15LPA
