Trell Experiences Pvt Ltd Content Strategist (English, Telegu, Tamil, Malayalam (Any Language) We are looking for Content Strategist's with experience in any of the above-mentioned language/languages. You will be part of the Content Programming Team, focusing on creating brilliant strategies for the execution of video content being published on the Trell App, experience in similar companies is a plus++ Responsibilities: 1. Set guidelines, examples, and strategies for the voice and style of all the content; 2. Design and create effective content that helps explain the core features of the product; 3. Proofread and edit pieces before publication for the product's audience; 4. Monitor customers' feedback to identify gaps in the content and recommend new content ideas; 5. Make decisions based on data analysis to meet customers' needs and build trust with them; 6. Coordinate with product managers and design teams to deliver effective content strategies. Qualifications: 1. Native proficiency (or equivalent) in the specified language; excellent writing and editing skills; experience as a language journalist, editor, or UX writer is a plus; 2. At least 2 years of relevant experience in creating and editing content with a strong mindset for user experience and design thinking; 3. Great communication skills in both English and the specific language to present ideas clearly and effectively; 4. Experience with data, measurement, and analyses in order to draw insights from dashboards, report on them, and derive recommendations. 5. Outstanding skills of communication, presentation, and problem-solving, enjoy communication with content creators and deliver daily support with a strong user-driven mindset. 6. Superior attention-to-detail, multi-tasking, and strong project planning/executing skills. 7. A team player who is accountable, proactive, can work under high pressure, and solution-oriented in a fast-paced environment.
