The Analytics Manager holds key responsibilities:
Gap Analysis for Strategic Alignment:
- Support thorough gap analysis for current and future workforce needs.
- Helping BA/BU building the base data to draw conclusions on organizational needs, ensuring work is done in the most effective way.
Workforce Analysis:
- Analyze and support diverse workforce strategy implementation.
- Provide data for optimization of workforce deployment for enhanced efficiency.
Monthly Reporting:
- Generate insightful monthly reports covering key metrics.
- Reports include Turnover, Engagement, Recruitment, Performance, Headcount, and more.
- Identify trends, patterns, and areas for improvement in workforce planning.
Collaboration and Communication:
- Collaborate with business and global teams for workforce planning alignment.
- Effectively communicate findings and recommendations to stakeholders.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, Analytics, or related field.
- Master's degree preferred.
- Proven experience in workforce analytics, HR analytics, or a related field.
- Proficiency in analytics tools and technologies.
- Demonstrated working experience about Big Data, Generative AI, Predictive
- Modeling and handling big amount of data.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills. Knowledge of workforce planning best practices.
- Ability to thrive in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
