Manager/Sr. Manager CSR for a leading Retail Chain

Key Responsibilities:

- Partnering with all Businesses to identify business continuity risks and opportunities related to Sustainability, anticipate emerging concerns, identify solutions, and report to Management, prepare business specific roadmaps, design strategy, define management systems, programmes and procedures and monitor progress

- Design, facilitate in implementation and monitor performance related to sustainability management system

- Development of Sustainability Management Framework, Policies, Management and Technical Standards & Guidelines and facilitate businesses in implementation

- Internal compliance audits on sustainability aspects

- Implement programmes to reduce the environmental and social impact of the business operations

- Engagement with external stake holders, industry associations and representing organization in various forums on Sustainability

- Sustainability (70%) & CSR (30%)

Desired Candidate Profile:

- Preferred retail/FMCG/ manufacturing industry

- Masters in Engineering Management from Tier 1 Tier 2 colleges

- Minimum 7+ years

- Must have managed sizable Sr Stakeholders for Sustainability Projects

- Should have managed projects from concept to execution
