Key Role Expectations

- The position is in Reward, Pension and Benefits (RPB) team which is a sub function of HR and responsible for aligning the rewards practices of the organization with the overall HR and organizational philosophy.

- The function is responsible for developing, deploying and updating job descriptions strategy, designing compensation and benefits programs, conducting job analysis & job evaluations, determining an appropriate salary structure, determining long term and short term incentive/bonus plans, establishing salary ranges for each level and grade, managing annual salary revision exercises through surveys, analysis of positioning & budget development, developing a salary administration policy, develop a benefits administration policy, communicating compensation programs to employees and management, monitoring the compensation program and making changes periodically, as necessary. Function also manages and overseas the monthly Payroll process.

- The Manager RPB is responsible to manage for effectively supporting the management facets of Reward, Pension and Benefits. The incumbent in the role participates in developing, planning and implementing new and revised compensation programs, policies and procedures to align with the company's goals and competitive practices.

- This position is also responsible for ensuring that company compensation programs are consistently administered in compliance with internal policies and government regulations via. effective delivery tools like Payroll, HR Tech and Benefits administration

- The prospective incumbent in the role is expected bring 4 to 8 years of experience with at least 3+ years in Reward, Pension and Benefits.

- The incumbent is expected to know about issues impacting industry, very good understanding of science and art of Learning, practical know how of andragogy and learning styles and should be hands on with diagnostics, Instructional Design and training delivery/facilitation (online and offline) and training effectiveness.

Responsibilities:

- Manages the development, implementation, and administration of compensation programs.

- Monitors the effectiveness of existing compensation practices and recommends changes that are cost-effective and consistent with compensation trends and corporate objectives.

- Provides advice to corporate staff on pay decisions, policy interpretations, and job evaluations.

- Designs creative solutions to specific compensation-related programs and incentive plans.

- Develops techniques for compiling, preparing and presenting data.

- Oversees the participation in salary surveys and monitors salary survey data to ensure corporate compensation objectives are achieved.

- Ensures compliance with federal, state and local compensation laws and regulations.

- Bring and continuously add value to the scope by being proficient professional with an extensive knowledge on various processes, tools, systems, procedures within RPB.

- Accountable for project deliverables for the team/self by maintaining workflows, procedures and quality standards

- Manage effective application of existing RPB principles and guides/participates the development of new policies.

Hiring Specifications:

- The scope of role is being intermediate on expertise of RPB, which is a strategic function of HR and has an important role in performance driven organization by enabling the Compensation philosophy and related policies.

Other specifications are:

- MBA in HR from an institute of repute (Preferred - Bachelor Tech/B. Com)

- Around 4 to 8 years of experience in HR, least 4+ years in C&B.

- Articulative and good in building long term relation with stakeholders including Business.

- Knowledge of related Central, state and local regulations and compliance requirements related to employee compensation.

- Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret and communicate data.

- Computer proficiency and technical aptitude with the ability to use Microsoft products, including Excel.

- Strong leadership and team management skills.

- Excellent time management skills and ability to plan and set priorities.

- Strong interpersonal skills in dealing with senior management.
