German Based Chemical and Adhesives Manufacturer is actively Hiring,
- Develops and drives all elements of marketing mix: sourcing, COGs, pricing recommendation, working with sales to define promotional strategy, brand communication strategy.
- Plans and drives trade marketing initiatives: drive brand awareness and drive sell-out from outlets.
- End-user understanding spending half a day (min.) in the field with end-users to gather insights, be 'close to the market', develop concepts based on consumer insights.
- NPI: clear briefing to PD to develop NPI, coordinate testing with end-users on-ground, gather feedback and debrief PD team for next round of development.
- Work in close collaboration with Supply Chain & production: managing the level of inventory, aligning with all key stakeholders to plan production (for locally produced SKUs)
- Communication strategy: develop communication strategy for brand - work with local and Int. agencies to develop key visuals.
- Toolbox: develop toolbox for key products & concepts to enable sales team to tell a 'story' at the outlet and sell at a premium vs. competition
- Full responsibility for marketing budget management: plan and track spending vs. plan on monthly basis
- Project management: lead cross functional teams to implement localization sourcing strategy.
Your Skills:
- Minimum 6+ years of relevant working experience.
- Track records in managing strategy projects that deliver impacts.
- Sustainability subject-matter expertise.
- Highly analytical with a curious mind
- Strong multi-cultural interpersonal and communication skills.
- Comfortable working in agile mode.
- Capable of generating clarity out of ambiguity.
