Manager - HR Technology for a Cleantech platform (Start UP) of a Large Automotive Group

Key Role Expectations

- The position/role is expected to deliver Human Capital Management i.e. E2E HR Support. This includes planning, hands on execution, reviewing, and coordinate, maintenance and enhancement of Human Capital Management (HCM) modules, with an intent to maximize the strategic use of human resources and maintain E2E tech/digital landscape (i.e. Pre-hire to retire and alumni)

- The role is accountable for project deliverables by maintaining project timelines and content, workflows, procedures and quality standards.

- The prospective incumbent in the role is expected bring 3 to 5 years of experience with at least 3 years in HR Tech space. The incumbent is expected to (first hand) know Technology lifecycle, about Tech issues impacting industry, the evolving landscape of HR tech for different services along with good understanding of HR Functional aspect such that it can be delivered via of HR Tech.

- The prospective incumbent in the role will plays a key role in HR Operations, working and collaborating with key stakeholders in support of system maintenance, production support, project/process improvement, training, and managing additional functionality in HR systems.

- The role will ensure exceptional HR systems experience for the company's/organization's employees and managers. Thus, the incumbent should possess the functional, technical, and analytical abilities sufficient for the support

Responsibilities:

- Support in product lifecycle - at all the stages that is Development, deployment and maintenance.

- Assist in test scenarios and test results for all the 3 stages of lifecycle e.g. development, deployment and maintenance.

- Collaborate with HR SME to gather detailed requirements and complete Business Requirements Document (BRD)/SOW.

- Perform application walkthroughs, fit/gap analyses, workshops, business process analyses, specifications, test plans, trouble shooting, acceptance testing and training.

- Create and ensure user friendly accurate process/SOP documentation is designed and updated for all E2E HCM modules and keep it relevant with time.

- Help maintain data integrity in HCM by reviewing and analyzing data and ensure accurate and timely people data is processed to deliver a seamless service.

- Executing test automation scripts on a variety of on-premises and cloud applications.

- Managing for the quality of activities during the release of deliverables to production environment, system test automation requirements, and execution.

- Help in resolving issues that affect application enhancement, schedule, and quality.

- Assisting in enhancements are delivered on time and within budget, and that they meet or exceed expectations.

- Support in Communication Draft and adapting presentations to a wide range of audiences regarding goals, planning process, project initiatives, team innovation, and results.

- Assist/lead the development of integration testing documentation and broaden internal knowledge of HCM through knowledge transfer.

- Maintains awareness of current trends in HR management systems with a focus on product and service development, delivery and support, and applying key technologies; examines trends in information systems training materials and techniques.

Hiring Specifications:

- The scope of role HR Technology and digitization, which is a strategic function of HR and has an important role in performance driven organization.

Other specifications are:

- MBA in HR or Tech from an institute of repute (Preferred - Bachelor in Tech)

- Around 3 to 6 years of experience in HR, least 3 years in HR or HR Technology.

- Possessing the End User/functional/technical, and analytical abilities sufficient for the support of HCM applications, including experience with workflows.

- Desired skill - process understanding, excel, Planning and forecasting techniques for multiple functional areas, Common HR concepts, & Project management.

- Proficient in MS Office, analytics, and BI reporting

- Good articulation and presentation skills; demonstrated ability to effectively communicate technical and business issues and solutions to multiple organizational levels.

- Proven ability to partner and translate business requirements into system solutions.

- Demonstrated ability to coordinate cross-functional work teams toward task completion.

- Ability to inspire a team of testers and a passion for testing and test automation; solid experience with automation framework preferred.
