Business Development Manager (Data & telecom infrastructure) or (Electronics industries).
- Globally Leading Adhesives Manufacturer is actively hiring for Business Development Manager,
- Drive and develop Account strategies and develop further the data & telecom business for HAT.
- Identify & drive new business opportunities to achieve revenue, profit and growth targets.
- Build efficient working relation with involved functions internally and at the customer, to ensure efficient cooperation in long term projects.
- Deliver against the HAT business/finance plan for the assigned customer and accounts [revenues, volume, margin]
- Develop and own account plan and manage all aspects of reporting and documenting, by standard use of CRM and forecasting tools.
- Develop and drive platform projects and opportunities to position HAT as partner and solution provider in the early design stages, working closely together with the material and development centers of the customer.
- Effectively manage the opportunity pipeline to sustainably grow the business over the long term.
- Meet and exceed volume, revenue, profit and growth targets.
- Building and Managing relationships along complex value chains and segments
Required Candidate Profile:
- Sales/KAM experience preferably in data & telecom infrastructure segment and/or electronics industries.
- Experience in managing OEM / EMS accounts.
- Experience in driving development projects - design spec in
- Knowledge of Thermal Interface Materials and/or Adhesive Technologies
- Value selling experience.
