Lead - Digital Marketing Communications
Job Description:
- Working closely with the Digital Marketing Manager and the digital agency to ideate and execute social media campaigns across all owned media platforms.
- Drive brand TOMA by planning and executing the paid media strategy for the brand across all touchpoints - digital, search, DOOH and content partnerships. End to end management of all media campaigns from brief initiation to plan optimization and reporting.
- Growing and executing strong advocacy content including Influencers, brand Hair Artistes, and Salon Hairdressers
- Partnering with brand, eCommerce and sales team to achieve a holistic and consistent brand presence on digital channels. Managing and creating cataloguing content, and digital banners.
- Work with Digital Marketing Manager to build new-age digital ecosystems to support business functions across digital touchpoints - website, chatbot, apps, social media etc.
- Creating and updating content for website, and campaign shoots which will contribute more towards brand visibility.
- Ensure marketing initiatives are planned and implemented in time with set budgets and real time deadlines along with timely reporting to the manager.
- Managing documentations for the office; financial, legal, product procurement
Experience Required and Background:
- MBA
- Has a creative eye towards the brand's needs for effective communication.
- Digital Expertise: conversant with all forms of digital formats and measurement
- Experience in marketing role with any brand in the luxury or FMCG sector
- Experience in Digital Marketing / brand communication, especially social media
- Familiar with: AMS, google Analytics, full stack et al.
- Creative writing or Designing will be an added asset.
- Knowledge of Digital Marketing tools
- Knowledge of all Microsoft with special focus on Excel and PowerPoint presentation
- Entrepreneurial mindset with strong sense of ownership and driving execution
- At least 3-5 years of experience required.
- Comfortable to work in highly complex matrixed organizations.
