Digital Communication - Lead

- Working closely with the Deputy Digital Marketing Manager and the digital agency to ideate social media campaigns across all our social media platforms. Execution of content thereof.

- Growing and executing strong advocacy content including Influencers , brand Hair Artistes , and Salon Hair dressers

- Partnering with brand, eCommerce and sales team to achieve a holistic and consistent brand presence on digital channels.

- Managing and creating cataloguing content , and digital banners.

Deep understanding of media content in the social space aligned with marketing strategy and ligning content thereof.

- Creating and updating content for website, and campaign shoots which will contribute more towards brand visibility.

- Has a creative eye towards the brand's needs for effective communication.

- Ensure marketing initiatives are planned and implemented in time with set budgets and real time deadlines along with timely reporting to the manager.

- Managing documentations for the office ; financial , legal, product procurement
