trekW - Head - Technical Architecture

Key Responsibilities:

- Technical Leadership: Provide strategic technical leadership in the digital domain, staying abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices. Guide the development and execution of a comprehensive technical architecture strategy.

- End-to-End Solution Design: Lead solution design conversations spanning multiple systems and data layers, considering the entire E2E landscape. Collaborate with cross functional teams to architect solutions that align with business objectives.

- Technology Stack Management: Oversee the entire technology stack, including CRM, Customer Data Platform (CDP), Marketing Cloud (MC), and other relevant systems. Evaluate, recommend, and implement new technologies that enhance the overall digital architecture.

- Integration Expertise: Develop and maintain a deep understanding of integration patterns and methodologies between multiple technologies. Ensure seamless integration of new solutions, such as Kore.AI, into the existing technology landscape.

- Data Layer Integration: Architect and manage data layer integration strategies, ensuring data flows efficiently and securely across various systems. Collaborate with data architects and engineers to optimize data architecture.

- Collaboration and Communication: Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including developers, data scientists, and business stakeholders. Communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders in a clear and concise manner.

- Vendor Management: Work closely with technology vendors to evaluate and implement solutions that align with the organization's digital strategy. Manage vendor relationships and ensure compliance with service level agreements.

- Security and Compliance: Collaborate with the security team to ensure that the digital architecture meets all security and compliance requirements. Implement and monitor security measures within the technical architecture.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

- 9-12 years of experience in technical architecture, with a proven track record of leading digital transformation initiatives.

- In-depth knowledge of CRM, CDP, MC, and other relevant technologies.

- Strong expertise in end-to-end solution design and integration strategies.

- Excellent leadership and communication skills.

- Preferred Skills: Experience with conversational AI platforms, such as Kore.AI. and Familiarity with agile development methodologies.
