TrekW - Head - Finance & Accounts - Finance Shared Services

- Responsible for the financial management India to ensure the company meets profitability and ROE requirements

- Responsible for all management and regulatory reporting, including, profitability, risk management, pricing, volume, funding, expense control, taxes and reserve analysis

- Manage the performance of the portfolio and ensure compliance with risk management policies and guidelines

- Responsible for establishing strategic plans, including short- and long-term forecasts, expenses planning, volume forecasts, and funding plans

- Evaluate and recommend various business strategies for consideration by the President and HO leadership, as needed

- Responsible for managing general accounting personnel and functions and maintaining appropriate controls

- Identify opportunities and implement recommendations for improving financial and operational controls and procedures

- Participate in managing the relationship with tax authorities and development of effective and optimized tax strategies

- Ensure compliance with (IFRS), local statutory , tax and government regulatory requirements

- Maintain and coordinate and steer external audit and tax relationships

- Active member of Pricing and Credit Committees and responsible for pricing policies and targeting required Return on Equity (ROE)

- Assist in negotiating and structuring large and/or complex finance transactions for customers and participate in the development of product pricing and services

- Responsible for all funding related activities together with management and Treasury, including the development and implementation of complex financial strategies and transactions in the areas of liability and financial risk management

- Recruit, lead and develop a team of financial professionals, ensuring proper training and mentoring

Must have experience :

1. Treasury/Fund raising,

2. Financial reporting,

3. Working in an NBFC business that is governed by RBI compliances,

4. Pricing and Forecasting,

5. FP&A or Business Planning and

6. Audit & Tax.

Education:

- MBA or Masters degree in Accounting or Finance preferred; CPA/CA or local equivalent desired

- Demonstrated expertise in establishing and maintaining appropriate accounting and financial controls in financial services for capital equipment such as heavy trucks, trailers construction equipment or buses

- Minimum of 15 years related experience in Finance, preferably in Financial Services

- Minimum of 5 years related experience leadership in Financial Services in India
