Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute practical marketing initiatives for brand growth.
- Creative Idealisation and Execution: Design concepts and campaigns and execute the same end-to-end.
- Collaborate with creative agencies, media partners, and other internal/external teams for the creation and execution of campaigns
- Data analysis and market understanding to accurately make decisions aligned with business objectives effectively.
- Monitor the performance of campaigns regularly for optimisation results.
- Prepare reports on campaign progress/effectiveness for management reviews.
- Stay current with industry trends to create innovative strategies supporting the organisation's growth goals.
- New Product Innovation: Understand opportunities and design innovation pipelines as per business objectives
- Collaborate with regional and global teams on new and ongoing projects.
Requirements and skills:
- Bachelor's/Master's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field
- Understanding of Beauty Care (Consumer or Professional brand) will help
- A minimum of 3 years of experience executing creative projects and campaigns from start to finish
- Expertise in collecting, interpreting and analysing data accurately to make decisions effectively
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to multitask multiple projects within tight deadlines
- Creative mindset with the drive to develop innovative ideas that support business objectives.
- Strategic thinking - capable of making informed decisions aligned with organisational goals.
