TrekW - Digital Marketing Lead - Performance & eCommerce Marketing

German Based Professional Haircare brand is actively Hiring diversity talents (ONLY FEMALE),

Preferred : Beauty and Personal Care Industry Experience,

Role - Marketing, Digital Marketing, Performance Marketing, E-Commerce Marketing, Amazon DSP+AMS all the above skills are must.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Drive brand by planning and executing the paid media strategy for the brand across all touchpoints - digital, search, DOOH and content partnerships.

2. Working closely with digital Marketing manager and media agencies for end to end management of all media campaigns from brief initiation to plan optimization and reporting.

3. Collaborate with the big media houses (Google/Meta etc) to drive innovations for the brand, curate insights & learnings via social media listening, search trend analysis etc

4. Actively manage SEO scores and make interventions where required.

5. Work with Digital Marketing Manager and plan all ecommerce marketing strategy, managing and executing promotional campaigns across all big ecommerce platforms.

6. Managing AMS + DSP campaigns for Amazon; optimizing search , SKU ranking , managing reviews, Catalogue, daily bids, reporting, growing NTB and GVs et al.

7. Maintaining a good relationship with the eCommerce partners and agencies to ensure marketing initiatives are planned and implemented in time with set budgets and real time deadlines along with timely reporting to the manager.

8. Work with Digital Marketing Manager to build new-age digital ecosystems to support business functions across digital touchpoints - website, chatbot, apps, social media etc.

9. Managing documentations for the office; financial , legal, product procurement
