Scope:
This role centres on ensuring smoothness of Comp & Ben, HR Operations, HR Analytics, Performance Management Process & Compensation Management to fuel delivery of the short range and long- range goals. It thus provides the incumbent to learn and hone oneself as a holistic HR professional
Key Responsibilities:
Rewards & Performance:
- Implement year-around performance processes on system (Goal Setting, Mid-Year & Annual review)
- Managing the PMS data during appraisals and coordinating with PMS-COE team for updating the Ratings and helping with Legacy ratings. Goal Setting,Mid Review, Annual Review, Normalization.
- Deliver consistent, effective, and seamless HR services (employee life cycle management)
- Analyzing data for further gathering insights and proposing solutions and predictive analytics
- Support Total Rewards and Recognition system for the business through streamlined implementation and administration of processes.
- Annual Increment, Annual Variable Pay, Long Term & Short-Term Incentives, Salary & Benefits Benchmarking, Annual Manpower Budgeting, Annual Compensation Review, Benefits & Policies Administration, Total Rewards Statement.
HR Operations:
- Support data integrity, process improvements and service delivery.
- Assist in preparing and maintaining accurate and complete process documentation via qualitative and quantitative dashboards (Monthly & Quarterly basis)
- Ensure data hygiene for monthly data sharing with internal compliance teams.
- Ensure end-to-end delivery of HR services in alignment within the defined SLAs to ensure seamless HR Operations.
- Facilitate separation formalities to ensure smooth employee off-boarding.

- Work on data testing of various items for new and current HRSS projects as per business needs
- Manage bulk data changes in the system and ensure the accuracy of all the employee records.
- Handle HRMS & interact with SME and internal teams to identify the best solutions for employee/client/business queries.
- Should be well versed with the policy guidelines.
- Work with HRIT team on data clean-up activities, ensuring key master data elements are always updated.
