Job Overview:

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic HR Manager to join our startup team. The ideal candidate will have 4 to 5 years of HR experience, with a strong background in managing various HR functions in a fast-paced and entrepreneurial environment. The HR Manager will play a key role in developing and implementing HR strategies, policies, and programs to support the growth and success of our startup.

Responsibilities:

Talent Acquisition:

- Lead end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding of new employees.

- Work closely with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and build a talent pipeline.

Employee Relations:

- Act as a point of contact for employee concerns, providing guidance and resolution.

- Foster a positive work environment by promoting open communication and addressing employee feedback.

Performance Management:

- Implement and manage performance evaluation processes.

- Provide coaching and support to managers in addressing performance issues and developing their teams.

HR Policies and Compliance:

- Develop and maintain HR policies, ensuring compliance with local labor laws and regulations.

- Keep abreast of changes in employment legislation and update policies accordingly.

Benefits Administration:

- Administer employee benefit programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and other perks.

- Communicate benefits information to employees and assist with benefit-related inquiries.

Training and Development:

- Identify training needs and coordinate learning and development initiatives.

- Support employee career development and succession planning.

Culture and Employee Engagement:

- Cultivate and reinforce the company culture, promoting a positive and inclusive workplace.

- Plan and organize employee engagement activities and events.

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

- 4 to 5 years of progressive HR experience, preferably in a startup or fast-growing environment.

- Strong knowledge of employment laws and regulations.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Proven experience in talent acquisition and building effective teams.

- Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and evolving startup environment.
