Roles & Responsibilities : - Responsible for strategizing, launching and scaling up business operations in new markets - Develop Market entry strategy &, planning property launch. - Keep a close watch on the competitive landscape of the city and seize opportunities to introduce and adapt pricing, promotional offers, discounts etc - Possess a cross-functional approach and Plan and build short-term and long-term supply for the city in conjunction with the anticipated demand. - Complete responsibility & ownership of the launch targets for the city. - Brand building by creating and executing local marketing strategies to encourage user adoption and penetration of brand What are we looking for : - You are comfortable working hands-on in a fast-paced start-up environment. - Strong negotiation skills with a proven ability to seek, create, negotiate and close a deal. - Excellent interpersonal and communication skills - You have an analytical and data driven approach in day-to-day work. Energetic self-starter. - Flexible with location, should be ready to shift base to any region across the country Additional Requirements: - Candidates with Tier 1 Engg school + more than 2 years work exp in BD or marketing OR Tier 2 Business school + more than 2 years work exp in BD, sales or marketing - Prefer a start up experience ( but not mandatory), ideally founder/co founder of any previously existing start up.
