The Training & Quality Manager will be responsible for ensuring Quality Compliance and for planning & executing Training needs for the Customer Support function. She/he will be responsible for the overall team performance in terms of quality by consistently monitoring performance and by efficiently training the team for both voice and non voice process (includes social media and reviews on online travel websites)  - Design new processes for Quality Control functioning to meet internal service level targets and benchmark them.  - Incubation of QC in all new processes. You will be responsible for directly carrying out quality audits along with a team  - Devise procedures to inspect and report quality issues and monitor all operations that affect quality  - Facilitate and identify potential areas for improvement and actively participate in improvement initiatives and drive incremental improvements  - Design, develop and deliver training modules, response templates and guide/ coach the team on all aspects of written/verbal communication to meet the quality requirements for both process improvement and product introduction.  - Draw an overall or individualized training and development plan that addresses needs and expectations and deploy a wide variety of training methods  - Conduct effective induction and orientation sessions  - Maintain a keen understanding of training trends, developments and best practices  - Coordinate with internal teams to ensure that guest issues are resolved, including but not limited to, communicating with the guest in parallel to ensure resolution. Manage responses to escalations  - Taking up other projects or assigned responsibilities on an ongoing basis.  REQUIREMENTS  - Proven work experience as a training & quality manager or relevant role.  - Track record in designing and executing successful training programs  - Familiarity with traditional and modern training methods (mentoring, coaching, on-the-job or in classroom training, e-learning, workshops, simulations etc)  - Strong written and verbal communication skills and leadership skills.
