The candidate will be reporting into Head, Guest Delight, Treebo and will be directly leading various initiatives and projects on different aspects of guest experience while also constantly monitoring progress on other on-going important projects and deliverables for the function. This will include:  - Defining, prioritizing, planning and executing important projects and initiatives on guest experience that can have a large bearing on the overall experience of guests. The candidate will have the responsibility for end to end execution and success of such initiatives  - Developing long term strategy for guest experience and delivering on all important priorities defined thereof  - Acting as a strong analytical layer for the function  - Monitoring progress regularly on all other operational and strategic goals for the function  Preferred Attributes:  - Leadership - The candidate should have the ability to lead team/ drive teams to deliver on a shared goal in a timely manner  - Ownership - The candidate should have the ability to conceptualize, design and carry out an end to end execution of major initiatives and projects in a timely manner  - Strong analytical skills - Ability to extract meaningful insights from raw data to drive decisions. The candidate should be well versed with excel  - Stellar communication skills - The candidate should possess excellent written and verbal communication skills  Preferred Experience/ Educational background:  - MBA from tier 1/ 2 schools with 1-4 years of work experience  - Engineers from tier 1 colleges with 1-4 years of work experience may also apply  - Experience in customer experience domain/ customer support teams will be a huge plus  Salary offered: 8 - 12 LPA
