Responsibilities: - Take leadership role in independently managing end to end partner settlement process - Handle monthly partner settlements. - Work closely with field teams and hotel partners in addressing queries and open issues. - Ensure strict adherence to TAT on settlements and queries - Manage entire Partner business lifecycle from onboarding a new property to full and final settlements. - Handle all client escalations and lead mitigation steps to prevent future escalations. - Build domain expertise and lead from the front. - Analyze costs, pricing, variable contributions, sales results and the company's actual performance compared to the business plans. - Maintain the financial health of the organization. - Conduct reviews and evaluations for cost-reduction opportunities. - Oversee operations of the finance department, set goals and objectives, and design a framework for these to be met. - Drive exceptional quality standards by focusing on enhanced delivery of business partnering services to the functions.
