- Looking for candidates from IIT, NIT and other tier1 MBA colleges who have either started their own venture or are working with any start up / consulting firms.
- Looking for candidates with strong analytical background and good relationship management skills.
- Would be responsible for managing the online sales, revenue, pricing and negotiation.
Key responsibilities :
- Liaison and drive the relationship at the OTA SPOC level in the capacity of account manager
- Studying & implementing the right e-Marketing strategies for various Treebo properties
- Hotel positioning analysis by continued analysis of incoming visitors / footfalls
- Understand and drive the extranets of various OTAs/Online Travel Aggregators to reflect the most accurate and updated information
- Data driven decision on marketing/paid media to augment existing sales
- Decide key promotions to launch based on leading/lagging sales indicators and by gathering on field intelligence
- Online customer relationship management by addressing guest requests
- Responsible for rate parity across different platforms
- Perform competitive analysis around ranking, pricing and the featured offerings and strategize on Treebo's offerings
- Maximizing the revenues & volumes for a given platform
- Contracting and commission management
- Formulating product offerings that could directly have a significant sales uptick
- Daily MIS analysis
- Actively engaged in seeking feedback from the guests
