About the role:

The Deputy Regional Business Head (Dy. RBH) shall lead Treebo Hotels in the region (comprising Mumbai, Gujarat, MP and CG). The candidate shall be responsible for delivering:

- Experience: Best in class guest experience by ensuring adherence of the portfolio to the Treebo defined standards

- Regional EBITDA: End to end profitability for the region down to the last rupee

- Scale: Growth both in terms of number of hotels, cities, topline and the offline sales team's numbers

- Partner NPS: Ensuring that the hotel partners are delighted with Treebo's value addition and service

Additionally, the Dy. RBH role will also involve:

- Planning, strategising and target setting for the region, team members and various functions

- Hiring, mentoring, performance management of a large cross functional team

- Acting as the legal representative and the authorised signatory of the company in the region

- Being a part of the core leadership team of Treebo Hotels and actively take part in strategic decision making

Requirements:

- 5-7 yrs of overall experience with at least 1-2 yrs of experience managing P&L of a category / territory / SBU

- Exceptional salesmanship with a flair for closing deals

- Strong leadership and experience of leading a high performance team

- Solid problem solving and sharp business acumen - thorough understanding of business, environment and first principle thinking

- Gold standard value system - someone who can uphold the highest degree of ethics and values
