Role - Business Analyst Team - Central quality Responsibilities - Take ownership of setting up and maintaining the various dashboards - Experience, Operations, Audits, RapL, etc. - Own the Central Procurement and Logistics function which includes following warehouse and audit compliances, managing optimum inventory levels across central and regional warehouses, dealing with vendors, finance and other stakeholders - Manage Central Quality initiatives right from conceptualisation to implementation Skills - Engineering/MBA grad with 1-3 years of exp in a similar role - Strong excel and analytical skills - Ability to multitask and deal with multiple cross-functional stakeholders. - Disciplined approach to work and attention to detail - Excellent written and oral communications - Problem solving comes naturally to you. Excellent critical thinking skills, combined with the ability to present your beliefs clearly and compellingly verbally and in written form. - Strong ownership and bias for action; ability to internalize goals and work independently to crate appropriate action plans for those goals. - You are comfortable working in a fast-paced start-up environment
