Role Summary / Purpose:  Brand Management, Communication Development, Media Planning & Buying, PR and developing and executing effective marketing programs for achieving brand and business objectives  Key Responsibilities:  - Work closely with the Senior management for building and strengthening all the brands that the organization endows across the market  - Provides short- and long-term market forecasts and reports by directing market research collection, analysis, and interpretation of market data.  - Will plan and execute offline and online engagement ideas along with project management of all brand related activities.  - Engage and communicate with Creative/content, Media, and PR Agencies for timely execution of marketing strategy.  - Design & Implement ATL and BTL and digital media campaigns as per business needs to ensure both top line and bottom line growth  - Communication campaign development and execution.  - Ideation, Design and execution of specific customer- relations programs for customer retention and attraction   - Track brand health parameters and monitor changes around awareness, consideration, preference and brand imagery  - Will develop the annual marketing plan for multiple geographies, for strategic market planning, market research programs, field force activities, and control of the marketing budget   - Review new technologies and implement the same through various initiatives in marketing domain   - Identifying and developing new opportunities through market research and communication feedback   - Influences present and future products by determining and evaluating current and future market trends   Key skills:   - Should be well versed with digital trends and tools and online campaigns for customer engagement   - Prior experience in online marketing, internet and digital advertising industry preferably from consumer brands/ lifestyle products/financial technology   - Should have extensive knowledge in paid search, online advertising, and affiliate marketing.   - Should possess excellent project management skills and strong analytic capabilities   - Proficient in internal, product, employee & vendor communication   - Ability to thrive in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, drive change, and collaborate effectively with a variety of individuals and organizations   - Superior analytical skills that include the ability to see granular as well as big picture issues   - Good communication skills both spoken and written are a must   - Proficient in using budgeting tools, spreadsheets, presentations, and MS Project   - Excellent business acumen, problem solving ability and tech savvy   - Should be self-starter, result oriented and a strong bias for action is mandatory
