Treebo Hotels - Accounts Payable Role - Controllership

DESCRIPTION

Responsibilities:

- Should maintain and authorize day to day books of accounts.

- Understanding the statutory requirements of PF, ESI, GST, TDS, PTAX etc., along with return filing

- Responsible for coordination with clients and contractors with regard to reconciliation of Accounts.

- Co-ordination with Internal & Statutory Auditors.

- Monthly MIS Reporting including Cash Flow as per the requirements of management.

- Monthly Book closure & Ledger scrutiny

- Summarizes current financial status by collecting information; preparing balance sheet, profit and loss statement, and other reports

- Maintains accounting controls by preparing and recommending policies and procedures.

- Ensure statutory compliances Along with ROC compliances like Maintenance of Statutory Registers

Requirements :

- Well versed with Accounts Payable

- Ensuring internal controls and process improvements

- Should have good exposure in MS Excel.

- Knowledge of Statutory &; Tax Audit Closure.

- Knowledge of ERP is preferred
