Senior Manager - Sales Excellence
Tredence is looking for Sales Excellence profiles to lead the Sales Excellence team.
- Coordinating with respective business heads for overall sales strategy for improving deal win rates and sales productivity
- Understand the current sales process and conceptualize the design of an efficient sales performance management process / System
- Ensure continuous improvement and development of sales organization by implementing models for sales coaching and training
- Creating content competitive information digests, case study and proposal templates, and prospect-facing informational material, among other collateral.
- Facilitate effective and flexible cross functional collaboration to meet client demands
- Building framework to ensure re-selling of pre-built solutions within and cross-verticals
- Work in partnership with business stakeholders to simplify / reengineer processes, improve efficiency and customer experience
- Identify improvement areas, non-documented processes. Ensure documentation closure with Controls and Metrics etc.
- Lead Sales related transformation projects - Lead any intervention/evaluation of any new strategic idea/strategic re-assessment
- Supporting the sales team in Identifying and Onboarding new channel partners, ensuring alignment with company goals and values
- Use Sales Data Analytics to drive Sales Effectiveness on all the Levels. Develop effective methods and processes to enhance performance of Sales Organization
- Develop benchmarks for Sales Channel productivity; measure/monitor actuals; recommend improvement measures; analyze customer data, recommend annual optimization of sales territories.
- Reinforce the objective of Process Assurance & Control through regular interaction with team & stakeholders, timely dashboards, and status updates
- Conduct comprehensive process review for end-to-end value chains, identified as per business priorities or delivery challenges
Desired profile:
- Deep Experience in Enterprise sales for multi nationals majorly focusing on US & Europe
- Proven track record of Successful Sales Management and optimization
- Knowledge on Sales strategies, Techniques and Processes
- Detailed understating of Sales tools and systems (SFDC)
- Demonstrated ability to measure channel effectiveness and reporting
