senior Director - Healthcare Consulting
As Senior Director, you will be responsible for:
- Must have delivered large scale Healthcare Consulting engagement especially in last few years is US healthcare
- Should have worked in building practice, leading solution design and front ending with customers on US healthcare analytics.
- Expertise in conceptualizing US healthcare solutions and services - Should be capable of designing service offerings & solutions.
- In-depth knowledge of solutioning and should have architected solutions.
- Ability to support pre-sales with solutioning, analyst community and marketing team for growth and new business opening for Healthcare vertical
- The candidate must have an experience with due diligence and possess an analytical bent of mind
- The candidate should have a sound thought process in driving key initiative and facilitate expansion projects
- Development and branding of solutions.
- Developing a partner ecosystem that enhances our solutions, branding and differentiation
- Assisting in formulating solution & service strategy
- Branding and creating visibility of the propositions around Healthcare Engagements
- Understanding of trends in healthcare, as well as an appreciation of Tredence's unique position within the industry
THE IDEAL CANDIDATE WILL:
- Engage with clients to understand current and future business goals and help team in designing ideal product development approach and maintain the high-quality delivery of the services.
- Excellent hands-on knowledge of healthcare products, AI/ML and their corresponding techniques
- Effectively communicate the approach and insights to a larger business audience
- Collaborate with team members, peers, and leadership at Tredence and client companies
- Deep and thorough knowledge and success in identifying, developing, and implementing new business growth initiatives and profitability
- Possesses excellent business and commercial skills and understands how to deliver profitable growth in the healthcare space; demonstrated history of driving results in a changing environment.
- Known for translating hidden opportunities into organizational results; consistently poses questions that provoke different thinking.
- An extensive network of relationships that will promote up-to-date knowledge of all pertinent developments in the industry and new partnership opportunities.
- Exceptional oral and written communication, consulting, team building, and negotiation skills required
ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA:
- BE/BTech/MTech/MS
- 15 years + of Hands on Experience, preferably in Healthcare Tech captives, Tech consulting Services.
- Good communication skills and soft skills for team/stakeholder management
- Experience in Solving Customers problems and front ended on Tech Solutioning / Transformational projects for Customers in Healthcare space.
