A presales and consulting team member will be expected to:
- Work with potential clients or customers to ensure they have a strong understanding of Tredence' services and/or products
- Own requests for proposals and requests from sales to move conversations to closures - involving content and collateral creation, program management, cross functional coordination
- Participate and eventually lead requirement gathering workshops to ensure right proposition buildout
- Work with demand generation team to ensure relevant outreach messages
- Conducting research into the prospects/industry/competitors
- Evaluate new markets and clients to contact based on knowledge of products/services/industry
- Conversant with: retail banking, consumer journey and customer experience, AI/ML solutions in the BFS space
- Mandatory skills: Problem solving, experience in requirement gathering through structured workshops for prospects, conversant with solution design and/or responding to RFP's, excellent communication and presentation skills, competitor and industry research
- Good to have skills: Consultative selling, thought leadership, team leadership
