- Thought leader in industry with published articles and POVs
- Consulting Orientation Exposure to have closely interacted CXOs and business leads
- Business Impact orientation Demonstrated business impact through data insights led changes in processes across business functions
- Good exposure to Analytics Toolkit (R, Python, Machine Learning algorithms)
- MBA from a Tier 1 Business School
- Adept in agile frameworks in project management (SCRUM, KANBAN etc) and PM best practices
- Entrepreneurial exposure is a BIG plus
- Demonstrated ability to collaborate and leverage organizational capabilities to bring best
