Associate Manager, Product Analytics Tredence is a global analytics services and solutions company. We also come in with some strong IP and pre-built analytics solutions in data mining, BI and Big Data. As an associate manager, you will: 1. Lead a team of product analysts and strive to cultivate a culture of data-driven decision-making within our client product teams 2. Work closely with product managers and act as data and insights stewards for the same 3. Collaborate with product & engineering stakeholders to define success metrics, outline instrumentation requirements, build analytics roadmaps, and track progress towards measuring what matters for product teams 4. Develop feature performance summaries to measure and report performance and status of target completion 5. Maintain a product-centric focus: strive to be a domain and product authority through data, develop trust among peers in product teams and leaders 6. Collaborate with product, engineering, and data engineering stakeholders to develop, implement, test, and optimize data collection & measurement strategy 7. Evangelize measurement, data literacy and experimentation within the client organization and work to enhance capabilities through training and support as needed 8. Conduct comprehensive audits of measurement to identify existing instrumentation gaps and work with engineering to implement accurate data tracking. 9. Combine problem-solving, analytics capabilities and storytelling with ability to influence team members and partner cross-functionally 10. Partner with Tredence product teams to build accelerators for niche problems in product analytics and digital experience management You have: 1. Overall 7+ years of experience with 3+ years in client-facing role for driving product analytics engagements preferably in ecommerce domain 2. Experience and hands on proficiency in implementing digital measurement and experimentation roadmaps for 0-1 and 1-N products preferably in ecommerce domain 3. Ability to develop guard-rail metrics, north star metric and track the same for every PM within the product team 4. Ability to perform ad-hoc analyses on feature launches, identify possible reasons behind current performance and suggest improvements based on data 5. Ability to communicate insights and influence decision making of non-technical stakeholders 6. Confidence in working in a ambiguous environment and work on open ended problems and 7. Ability to focus on the big picture takeaways of any analysis while being able to speak to the underlying details and influence decision making 8. Strong analytical/logical thinking, storyboarding and communication skills 9. Proficient in: a. Python & SQL - Must Have b. Viz tools like Tableau and Power BI - Must Have c. Google Analytics or Adobe Analytics 10. Working knowledge in: a. AB testing platforms - Adobe Target or Google Optimize
