- Managing overall day to day monitoring & control of Disbursement and Payments, Reconciliations, Cash & Cheque management including Remote cheque, stationery management, etc.

- Managing all operational needs for banking operational requirements including opening of bank accounts, CC accounts, fund based facilities, non fund based facilities, etc. Completing required documentation in this regard and smooth co-ordination with banks for timely execution.

- Timely processing of payments with accuracy & smooth co-ordination for authorization of all the online payments.

- Ensuring timely calculation and servicing of loans/borrowings of the company.

- Preparation of Drawing Power statement on a monthly basis and submitting it to all the lenders

- Smooth Co-ordination with Banks (branch and operation team), Mutual Funds, etc.

- Cashflow management and forecasting (daily cashflows, based on inputs received from internal teams about inflows and outflows; preparation of projected cashflows of the company).

- Monitoring of actual fund flows and transactions and ensuring smooth processing.

- Deployment of surplus cash available in various instruments like Bank FD, MFs, other short-term liquid instruments etc. Ensuring proper documentation and execution in this regard.

- Resolving audit queries

- Assistance in System Development & Improvement

- Tie up for Digital transactions, Bank Guarantees, Corporate Credit Card, NACH & Auto Debit mandate processing, PDC management; Vaults; Storage; etc.

- Preparation and timely updation of Covenant tracker

- Preparation of interest calculations for various borrowings

- Ensuring timely interest and principal repayments for various borrowings

- Ensuring compliances with various treasury policies - ALCO, Resource Planning, Investment Policy, Interest rate policy, etc.

- Preparation of various MIS and other need based information for management

- Assistance in preparation of various NHB Returns - Schedule IV, HFC-05, HFC-06 and HFC-10

- Preparation of LCR return

- Assistance in preparation of ALM returns viz. STDL, SLR and IRS

- Assistance in preparation of ALCO Presentation

- Assistance in preparation of various presentations for approval of transactions

- Preparation of various need based information and presentations for management

- Preparation and submission of various data and information for Statutory audit, Internal audit, Concurrent audit, Receivables audit, etc.

- Preparation and submission of quarterly balance confirmations for auditors

- Any other assistance to Treasury team

Requirement (Experience / Skill / Qualification / Industry background etc.):

Job requirement/Skills :

- Ability to liaise and build rapport within the organization as well as with external stakeholders, problem solving skills, communication skills, positive attitude.

- Understanding of NBFC/ HFC business

- Proficient in MS Word & MS Excel

- Hard working, result oriented, positive approach & ability to work under pressure

Educational qualifications : CA Inter or Post-Graduate or Graduate

Relevant Experience :

- 7-9 years

- NBFC/HFC experience is must
