Treasury Relationship Manager - Trade Sales - BFSI

Job Description:

- Presently managing Trade Finance relationship for large Indian conglomerates, based out of Kolkata/Ahmedabad.

- Ownership of Global relationship spanning across 13+ countries and managing onshore and offshore Trade asset book > $6 Billion across Core and Structured Trade Finance products.

- Responsible for Origination and Managing relationship with relationship with CFOs/MDs/Finance Director and Finance team of the client for domestic/overseas Trade transactions.

- Experience in negotiating large strategic sales including all stages of business development prospecting, proposal development, negotiation and ongoing relationship management.

- Working with onshore as well in country team as senior coverage to oversee implementation and rollout of client mandates. Collaborating with various Front line (Relationship teams, Product, Implementation) and Risk stewards (Credit, Compliance, Legal, Tax) to ensure Client plan delivery.

- Strong working knowledge of core traditional trade products, open account structures, receivable finance, TCI & NPI backed structures, supply chain, guarantees, FI trade and Asset backed lending.

- Working with Product and Implementation team on new Product and Solution implementation.

- Driving strategic dialogue with the client and develop and implement account plans, achieving revenue targets and working towards moving the share of revenue towards achieving required relationship profitability and returns(RoRWA).

- Preparing and presenting client pitch book and request for proposal (RFP), strengthening working relationships with clients, and winning increment wallet share.
