We have this exciting & urgent opening with a leading nbfc based in Mumbai for the role of Treasury Manager Operation Middle Office.

Looking a candidate who is having a good exposure in the same. We are looking from banks or nbfc\'s only other industry\'s exp will not be considrable for this role. JD is attached herewith for your reference.

An associate middle office personnel is involved in the management of different risk. factors. He ensures that all the procedures are in compliance with the organization\'s rules and regulations. He communicates all the important information received from the front office department, works on the related data and information and passes it further to the back office department to ensure smooth operation. They handle all the relevant paper work and documentation. They are responsible for maintaining, protecting and securing the confidential data of the client. The associate middle office and its department play a vital role in laying the foundation for any financial organization.

Essential Skills for this role :

- Should have excellent communication skills and should be able to convey all the important data received from the front end to the back end.

- Should be able to plan and prioritize work according to the requirement.

- Should be proficient in handling computers. Should be particularly good at handling reports and all the relevant data and information.

- Should exhibit excellent time management and organization skills.

- Should be an excellent team player and should be able to supervise the team in the absence of senior middle office personnel.

- Should be able to guide and instruct the new entrants.
