Treasury Manager - Healthcare/Pharma

- Treasury operations & Cash management across the Principal installments and interests dues should be paid well within the time stipulated as per the loan documents.

- Timely debt servicing.

- To ensure that surplus money is invested on time in a safe and secure funds/ deposits.

- To assist CFO in approaching bankers and lenders for suitable financing option like hire purchase and leasing transactions.

- To liaison with banks & financial institutions to provide information required.

- Administer the bank accounts and investment activity of the company.

- Track of financial covenants with senior lenders and all other lenders and filing reports as required.

- Hedge accounting and control of forex transactions.

- Follow-up on credit rating as required by the financial institutions and banks and subsequent follow-up for required documentation.

- Non-funded debt (LC) opening, serving, monitoring etc.

- MIS report in the agreed format relating to Cash and Banking in regular frequency as agreed.
