Treasury Lead - Pharma

- Managing overall Treasury portfolio including operations and strategies

- Overseeing cash-flow forecasts & integration

- Independently lead Fund-Raising initiatives end to end from initial discussions with lenders to appraisals and finally closing the loan documentation and availing disbursements

- Handling financial due-diligence and interfacing with investment bankers/due-diligence firm/investors for any proposed investments

- Prepare / amend the ALM, pricing and other Treasury related policies

Preferred qualifications and experience:

- CA/ICWA/MBA qualification with 7-12 years of experience

- Experience in debt fundraising preferably in a manufacturing setup

- Seasoned treasury professional

- Well-networked with banks, financial institutions, mutual funds, and rating agencies

- Good communication and negotiation skills
