Treasury Head - Tyre Manufacturer - IIM

-Head the treasury function

-Fund Raising Short term and long term in both INR and Foreign Currency

-Responsible for obtaining Forex Hedges on Balance Sheet and Forecast exposure.

-Responsible for Hedge Accounting.

-Trade Finance

-Cash management and Banking operations

-Should handle fund raising through ECB( External Currency Borrowing) for minimum of 100cr/months

-Insurance Management for the assets of the company

-Should have worked in SAP

-The position reports to the CFO.

Looking for candidates only from IIM with minimum 3 yrs of exp in Treasury Management and forex.
