To maintain best in class front office for the client Treasury in India . The Job Holder (JH) must manage optimum daily liquidity for all the client companies in India and ensure timely hedging of the FX and commodity exposures.

Managing of Liquidity - Manage Deposits, investments, Overdrafts etc in line with the internal policies, limits and external regulations while ensuring adherence to best market practices and optimizing on returns. The job requires establishing of clear roles and responsibilities for managing of required information flows internally and from bank counterparties. The job holder is also responsible to ensure timely action is initiated on setting up of accounts and/ or lines etc to ensure business as usual under all circumstances.

Control over Bank accounts -Ensure that all banks have proper and timely documentation in place. Monitor and control signatories on all bank accounts and ensure that internal control and compliance requirements are fulfilled at all times - Record keeping on all resolutions and changes/ updating on control parameters/ reconciling the accounts with internal records on a continuous basis/ ensure exceptions are controlled and approved/ Bank accounts are not subject to misuse etc. Responsible for control over the bank accounts in line with internal and external guidelines.

Control Over Funds - Exercise full control and ownership over all accounts of in the region and ensure that systems and processes with banks are such that funds are collected efficiently (cash management systems)and processes do not leave room for funds to be misutilised or misappropriated from compliance perspective. JH to exercise full control over bank account processes/ delivery of information from the banks and timely certification as required under SOA and internal guidelines by coordinating with banks.

FX and commodity Hedging - Should be able to manage the FX and commodity hedging desk and compliance with regulatory guidelines .
