Treasury Controller - CA/ICWA - BFSI

Job Responsibilities :

- Cash Management, Corporate Finance and Financial Risk management.

- Dealing with Bankers on daily basis for fund movements.

- Managing daily Cash Flows including investments and fund raising in local and foreign currency

- Negotiate, analyze and manage the fee's and margins of service providers for smooth operations.

- Work with the business to optimize commercial cash flows to optimize interest expense

- Manage internal capital market by investing and lending to subsidiaries to minimize external borrowing requirement

- Manage relationship with credit rating agenicies.

- Co-operate with Board and Investor Relations on shareholder matters

- 3-8 years of expereince in MNC environment
