- Functional Knowledge/Experience Debt Management experience under Treasury Operations is a must have. Proficiency in preparation of key ratios - Leverage and Capital Adequacy and other treasury numbers published in quarterly financials - Monitoring of compliances to the treasury policy, guidelines &amp; processes - Support role in setting up fund and non - fund based debt facilities across the globe including Group Companies - Debt related governance and operation's - loan draws, debt servicing, compliance tracking and closure, loan documentation, coordination and relationship management with internal and external constituents on all operational matters - Investments and Liquidity Management governance &amp; operations- investments in Mutual funds, deposits, bonds etc. ; monitoring and reporting day to day liquidity management exceptions - FX &amp; derivatives transactions governance and operations - confirmations of booking &amp; cancellation, underlying submissions, regulatory requirements, settlements of cash flows - Periodic management reporting, records maintenance and archival - Support internal and external audit requirements pertaining to group treasury. - Control and operations of debt
