We are seeking a skilled and experienced Banking Project Manager to oversee and manage key projects within our banking organization. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management, particularly in the banking or financial services sector. The Project Manager will be responsible for leading cross-functional teams, ensuring project success within scope, time, and budget constraints, and implementing strategic initiatives to enhance our banking operations.

Responsibilities:

- Monitor and optimize resource utilization to ensure project objectives are met.

Risk Management:

- Identify and assess project risks, developing mitigation strategies to minimize potential impact.

Communication:

- Communicate project status, progress, and key milestones to stakeholders and senior management.

- Facilitate regular project meetings, ensuring effective communication channels.

Quality Assurance:

- Implement and oversee quality assurance processes to ensure project deliverables meet established standards.

- Conduct regular reviews and audits to maintain project quality.

Budget Oversight:

- Develop and manage project budgets, tracking expenses and ensuring financial objectives are met.

- Provide financial reports and forecasts to stakeholders.

Implementation of Banking Solutions:

- Collaborate with technical teams to implement banking solutions, ensuring alignment with project goals and industry standards.

- Oversee the integration of new technologies or systems into existing banking infrastructure.

Regulatory Compliance:

- Ensure project activities adhere to regulatory requirements and industry standards.

- Collaborate with compliance teams to address regulatory considerations.

Post-Implementation Evaluation:

- Conduct post-implementation reviews to assess project success and identify areas for improvement.

- Document and share lessons learned for future projects.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Information Technology, or a related field. (Master's degree preferred)

- Proven experience as a Project Manager in the banking or financial services sector.

- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is highly desirable.

- Strong understanding of banking operations, financial products, and regulatory requirements.

- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
