Sr Product Manager - Retention

Responsibilities:

- Retention Strategy: Develop and execute a comprehensive retention strategy for our mobile app, utilizing data-driven insights to identify opportunities for improvement.

- User Experience Enhancement: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including UX/UI designers and developers, to enhance the overall user experience within the app, ensuring seamless navigation and engagement.

- Feature Development: Lead the ideation, planning, and execution of new features and functionalities within the app that contribute to improved user retention.

- Analytics and Insights: Utilize analytics tools and customer feedback to monitor user behavior, identify pain points, and propose data-driven solutions to increase user engagement and retention.

- A/B Testing: Implement A/B testing methodologies to evaluate the performance of different features and strategies, optimizing for user retention metrics.

- Communication and Collaboration: Effectively communicate product initiatives and updates to cross-functional teams, ensuring alignment with overall company objectives.

- Competitor Analysis: Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies to inform product decisions and maintain a competitive edge.

- KPI Monitoring: Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) related to user retention and regularly monitor, report, and analyze these metrics to track the success of implemented strategies.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's/PG degree in Business, Marketing, Computer Science, or a related field.

- Proven experience as a Product Manager with a focus on improving user retention in a consumer company.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and trends.

- Experience with mobile app development and a solid understanding of user experience principles.

- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams.

- Familiarity with A/B testing methodologies and a data-driven decision-making approach.

- Proactive mindset with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

- Knowledge of agile development methodologies is a plus.
