Growth Strategy Lead

Job Description:

- We are looking for a Category Growth Manager, he/she should be able to own and drive scale-up of Traya's new and upcoming categories. You will work as a independent business owner who gets the freedom and responsibility of developing a new business line from scratch. Candidates will own the overall P&L for the category. This role requires cross functional knowledge and advanced data analysis & interpretation capabilities. The role pans across the organisation and you will work closely with product, tech, analytics, content and brand teams.

- You will have to hunt for insights in the category and translate them into projects for teams in drive revenue for the category. Role requires high autonomy and complete ownership of Key Business Metrics for the category since the person will be working closely with the Founders.

Candidate should be well-versed with the following tools :

- Google Analytics

- MS Excel

- MoEngage
