Travelyaari - Project Manager - Product Management Business Function

Role / Job summary

We are looking for a Project Manager with an analytical mindset and agile product development experience. The successful candidate shall join the Product management business function within the organization and may report either to the senior product manager(s) or directly to CPO.

Skills / Personality Traits Required:

- He/She should be able to own technical (IT) projects development across multiple Mantis- product platforms such as CRS (an ERP product platform) or GDS (Supply & Distribution Transactional Platform).

He/She should be an experienced resource manager that includes the following:

- Human resource(s) management: planning, allocation, mentoring, monitoring, output, attendance, the delegation of tasks, etc.for technical resources such as developers, engineers, etc;

- Capital resource(s) management: cost of production, man-hours calculation, technology cost, etc. ensuring optimum expenditure on right projects;

- Time management: providing good project completion estimate(s) initially, ensuring timely delivery of projects, and handling contingencies during technical product development

- Revenue management: tracks and ensures the revenue being generated for transactional product platform is in line with forecast and take corrective measures in case that is not so

- Analytical mindset: The candidate should be highly data-driven in taking any decision and should be able to articulate concisely his decision(s) to top management and key clients/stakeholders when required.

- The candidate should have the following personality traits: Good Listener, Open-minded agile approach, problem-solving attitude, and not complaining attitude.
