The role:

- This role sits within Digital Marketing team. The selected candidate will be responsible and accountable for Search Engine Marketing, primarily Google Ads, along with budgetary spends on similar ad platforms such as Bing Ads, Facebook Ads, etc along with discount & campaign management.

Therefore, the successful candidate shall imbibe and display following skill sets and attributes:

- Understanding of Google Ads, Bing Ads, etc along with being advance user of Ad editor, Keyword planner, Google Analytics, etc.

- An intermediate to advance user of MS Excel / Google Spreadsheet with search, match, lookup, pivot, offset, text functions, etc.

- Understanding of marketing concepts in terms of market sizing, market dynamics, competition analysis, etc.

- An excellent command of English with ease of understanding and dealing with local Indian languages.

- Good understanding of communication strategies with ability to say things clearly in minimal words.

- Good understanding in drafting design briefs for display creatives & themes.

- Basic knowledge of SQL, database programming and reporting is desired.

- Excellent down to earth humble personality with quick learning attitude and pride of ownership and responsibility of business outcomes in terms of Profit & Loss done on Ad Spends in given time frames.

The candidate will work at the intersection of Product & Marketing where he will be expected to take decisions based on internal and external market factors in areas such as Adwords marketing, Product Launches, etc.

2. Case Study & 10-minute pitch

People who qualify based on resume & cover letter filtering will be invited to take a case study assessment preferably at Travelyaari office which will be followed by a 10 - minute pitch round to a quorum of evaluators. Candidates are expected to bring a copy of their resume & cover letter along with writing materials. The case study will test the candidate on various aspect of logical, ethical, quantitative, product, marketing problems. The 10-minute the pitch will test the candidate's ability to structure and present his case in the most effective way.

3. Interview round

People who qualify the second round will be called for 2-3 rounds of the interview at Travelyaari premises. For outstation candidates- video-audio interview rounds will be arranged.
