Role Expectations :

The Talent Acquisition Team is looking for smart individuals to come in and take the bull by its horns. Individual with capabilities to build new systems to fulfill the manpower demands of a rapidly growing organization. We need team players with go-getter attitude, who needs goals but not the complete plan. You have to be a cut above the rest. Do you have it in you

Key Responsibilities :

- Built a system to deliver to the dynamic manpower need of the business segment.

- Work with internal teams and hiring managers to manage the complete recruitment life-cycle efforts.

- To architects and implement sourcing strategies to have a continuous pipeline of resources.

- Develop and continually optimize recruitment strategy including job posting optimization, recruiting marketing channel development, job board procurement, digital and non-digital employment marketing, and comprehensive recruitment campaign planning.

- Develop talent pool via networking and social engagements.

- Counsel the candidate on corporate benefits, salary, and corporate environment.

- Consult the Hiring managers and Management on the market scenarios with backed up research and Intelligence reports.

- Use social media, job boards, Internet sourcing, and other technical means to source candidates for open jobs.

- Develop Campus recruiting programs to ensure preferential treatment in terms of slots during placement cycles.

- Participate in employment events, such as career fairs and seminars to stay updated with the best industry recruitment policies.

- Develop and use sophisticated applications and tools to track step status of applicants through the selection process.

- Act as brand ambassador of the organization for the external and internal resources.

- Take assignments having direct impact on business.

- Strong Reporting and MIS skills.

Qualifications/Skills :

- 8 + Yrs of Experience in Sales / Operations / Functional / Business/ Shared Services - Hiring

- Education : MBA /BBA /PGDM

- Knowledge of Complete Life Cycle of Recruitment's.

- Capabilities to build and lead a team to deliver the talent acquisition needs of the business segment in defined time lines.

- Experience in recruitment research assignments and Social media hiring.

- Experience in developing and optimizing recruitment strategy to attain planned deliveries.

- Experience in Campus Hiring.

- Excellent Skills in Excel / PowerPoint.

- Outstanding communication and presentation skills.

- Sound Track Record in Stakeholder reporting and management. Ability to maintain Partnership with Senior Leadership.

- Experience in carrying out specialized/competitive intelligence and research, regards to talent acquisition, development and retention. Strong business domain knowledge will be preferred.

- Ability to build and implement recruitment marketing initiatives.
